Refund Policy

At Alexis Amour Beauty, we are committed to providing exceptional service and a luxury experience for every guest. Please review our refund policy below:

Services Rendered
All services rendered are non-refundable. However, client satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue.

Prepaid Services, Packages & Discounts
All prepaid services, discounted packages, and promotional offers are final sale and non-refundable. In select cases, prepaid services or packages may be exchanged for other services of equal value. Exchanges must be approved and scheduled in advance.

Transfers
Transferring services or packages to another individual requires prior written authorization from spa management and must be approved before any appointment is booked under the new name.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. They may only be used toward products or services offered by Alexis Amour Beauty. All gift certificates, prepaid services, and packages must be redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date unless an extension has been granted by spa management prior to the expiration date.
